Membership

PTO has a diverse membership of liberatory practioners and theorists, including educators, critical pedagogists, activist artists, community activists, and students committed to social justice from around the world.

Members receive the PTO newsletter (twice a year), reduced fees at the national conference, voting privileges, and the opportunity to run for and be elected to the PTO Board of Directors. Most importantly, members are part of a community of activists working toward a more just world.
